mariés le lundi le 15 juillet 2006 en Californie
L'ex-goth Avril portait une robe signée Vera Wang et tenait un bouquet de roses blanches : que de changement depuis son apparition sur la scène musicale avec son look skateur et ses cravates...
Pour leur première danse, les nouveaux mariés ont opté pour la chanson « Iris » des Goo Goo Dolls.

Le nouvel album(3éme) d'Avril
Le nouvel album d'Avril Lavigne est sorti le 16 avril 2007, ce dernier s'intitule "The Best Damn Thing", et le premier extrait s'appelle "Girlfriend". La vidéo de "Girlfriend" a vu le jour le 26 février 2007.Ce sont 12 chansons qui bougent, différentes de l'album précédent. Elle a traduit ce titre dans plusieurs langue notamment en Français, Espagnol, Japonais, etc.
